FEMALE ALLSTAR BOARDROOM SESSION 2024

On May 14th, 2024, we invite the current Female Allstar Board 2023 to a board meeting. We aim to explore how the laureates approach the key points on the agenda of German companies collectively. To achieve this, the Handelsblatt Research Institute has examined the topics that will be particularly relevant to the German economy, politics, and society this year. The following agenda items, derived from this examination, are intended for discussion with the top female leaders:

3: Dealing with the geopolitical environment

How can innovations help counteract the overall economic growth weakness? How will the political climate in the Super Election Year 2024 affect employees and the corporate atmosphere? And how are companies preparing for additional geopolitical scenarios, such as a re-election of Donald Trump or an escalation of tensions between China and the USA? What consequences does the war in Ukraine continue to bring?

We will address these questions in our conversation with the female executives.
