FEMALE ALLSTAR BOARD - Boardroom Session Livestream 2026
On March 18, we will invite the members of the current Female Allstar Board to a joint board meeting. Our aim is to explore how the award winners can work together to address the most important challenges on the agenda of German companies. We will discuss the following key topics with the members of the Female Allstar Board:
- Germany as a business location – how can companies succeed here in the long term?
- The U.S., China, Europe, India – from crumbling alliances to new growth markets: how can companies navigate this landscape?
- Digital sovereignty and AI – what are productivity boosters, and what are the risks?
We look forward to discussing these questions with the Female Allstar Board.
This year, the Female Allstar Boardroom Session, followed by the Female Rising Star Session, will take place in Berlin for the first time as part of EUROPE 2026—the major European conference hosted by the four leading German media outlets DIE ZEIT, Handelsblatt, Der Tagesspiegel, and WirtschaftsWoche.

The Boardroom Session will be live-streamed.

THE INITIATIVE - FEMALE ALLSTAR BOARD
With the Female Allstar Board initiative, Handelsblatt and Bain & Company are creating a unique platform for women in leadership positions. The enrichment of companies through women has been scientifically proven, but to date it is still not a lived standard in many companies. With the Female Allstar Board, we are not only making a statement in the economy, but also in particular for young, committed women: the leaders of tomorrow.
Every year, five top female decision-makers in Germany are honored and appointed to the Female Allstar Board (FAB). In addition, a network for outstanding female managers - the Female Rising Stars - is created with the aim of increasing their presence and visibility and thus also the diversity in the German economy.
