THE INITIATIVE - FEMALE ALLSTAR BOARD
With the Female Allstar Board initiative, Handelsblatt and Bain & Company are creating a unique stage for women in leadership positions. The enrichment of companies by women has been scientifically proven, but it is still not a practiced standard in many companies. With the Female Allstar Board, we are not only making a statement in business, but also especially for young, committed women: the managers of tomorrow.
Every year, five top decision-makers in Germany are honored and appointed to the Female Allstar Board (FAB). In addition, a network is being created for outstanding female managers - the Female Rising Stars - with the aim of increasing their presence and visibility and thus also diversity in the German economy.
