With the Female All-Star Board initiative, Handelsblatt and Bain & Company are creating a unique platform for women in leadership positions. While scientifically proven, the enrichment of companies through women's leadership is still not a practiced standard in many companies. With the Female All-Star Board, we are not only making a statement in the business world, but also, in particular, for young, committed women: the leaders of tomorrow.

Each year, five top female decision-makers in Germany are honored and appointed to the Female Allstar Board (FAB). In addition, a network for outstanding female leaders – the Female Rising Stars – is created with the goal of increasing their presence and visibility, and thus also diversity, in the German economy.



This year’s award winners will be honored at the Female Allstar Board Awards ceremony during the PULSE Women Economic Summit.
